GENERAL

- All orders are shipped from Switzerland using Swiss Post.

- Tracking is optional, and will not be provided unless the option is chosen during checkout. Please contact me if you want to add tracking to your order after placing it.

- Orders containing a pre-order item will be held until everything is ready to be shipped.

- Orders will ship a few days after store closes. Depending on the amount of orders I get it may take longer. I fulfill all orders by myself so please be patient! 

 

SHIPPING

- Switzerland/Liechtenstein: 2-3 business days 

- Europe: 1-5 weeks

- Overseas (Outside Europe) 1 to 3 months

You are fully responsible for any customs fees that may be requested upon delivery. 
Please be aware of your country's customs policies before ordering (especially for big orders)! 

EU countries will require to pay VAT upon package delivery. Please check your emails for contact from your national delivery company.

 

SHIPPING RESTRICTION

I can currently ship to these countries:

Australia, Brazil, Bulgaria, Canada, China, Columbia, Croatia, Cuba, Czech Republic, Egypt, Germany, Great Britain (can be ordered via etsy only), Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam

For US Customers

Since August 7th 2025, goods shipped to the US from Switzerland will be subject to 39% tariff. While those won't be applied yet, until the postal networks adjust to this new situation a flat rate of $80 to $200 will be taxed on all parcels instead, no matter its content or value.

Until more information is available, shipping to the US will be suspended.
I'm so sorry for the sudden change and inconvenience, as well as the confusion. 

All orders affected were cancelled and refunded. 

For EU and UK Customers

International parcels are subject to customs taxes (20%). Those will be requested by your local postal service (usually via email) in order to deliver your parcel. Please order only if you're able to pay them.

Unclaimed orders will be refunded, excluding shipping fee.

Current rate is 20% (additional fee may apply)

 

For German Customers

Germany's Packaging Act (VerpackG) came into effect on January 2019, imposing requirements on online retailers selling to buyers in Germany. The Packacing Act promotes recycling and reuse of packaging materials (e.g. cardboard boxes, tape, and bubble wrap).

TVCHANY store is registered with LUCID (Packaging Register of the Stiftung Zentrale Stelle Verpackungsregister) and has a dual partnership with Activate by Reclay system.

Cardboard, paper, and plastic are used for packaging, so please recycle whenever possible or dispose of it appropriately. Thank you!

 

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDER

- All sales are final, I do not accept returns or exchanges. 

- If your order was lost or damaged, please send me an email with your name and order number. I can send a replacement or refund your order, excluding shipping fee.

- If you've provided an incorrect address that resulted in your package being lost or returned to me, you will have to cover the shipping fee if you're requesting a resend.

- Please contact me before the shipping period (see on home page) if you need to change your address.
